Shaul Amir received recognition from the Colorado State Senate May, 2007
Shaul Amir is the current ISIME Israel Director.
He is well-known to the Denver Community from his decade of work as the Director of the Israel National and Overseas Office at AJF of Colorado
He served as a paratrooper in Israel’s Six-Day War, and participated in the liberation of Jerusalem in 1967.
Amir is working on the ground in Israel, building bridges of understanding and pursuing peace for Israel and her neighbors
Dr. Shaul Gabbay is an expert on Middle East Affairs and serves as the ISIME Executive Director in the Graduate School of International Affairs at the University of Denver. He earned a PhD from Columbia University and did post doctoral work at the University of Chicago. He currently teaches at the University of Denver.
